However, it is possible that for any reason, you may decide to return the product after your purchase. We have provided you with the option to return the item with peace of mind within 7 days of receiving it.

Which Products Are Eligible for Return?

All products available on the Elham Market website come with a guarantee of authenticity and physical integrity.

Products that include this guarantee are eligible for return within a 7-day period; however, if they are physically damaged at the time of delivery, they can be returned immediately.

After receiving the product and opening the package, if the purchased item is defective or has technical or physical issues, you must inform the after-sales service expert (whose contact information is provided at the bottom of this page) within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, Elham Market will not be responsible for any defective items.

All items sent as gifts by Elham Market are not eligible for the 7-day return policy.

Products with independent long-term warranties are only returnable to Elham Market within the first 7 days. After this period, in case of any issues, they must be sent to the warranty provider. Elham Market will not be responsible for product warranties but may accept some warranted products after the 7-day period with prior coordination.

Return Conditions:

In your message, please provide a brief description of the reason for the return request along with the product code, shopping cart details, and a photo of the item. We will strive to respond to customer messages within 1 business day .

Please note: All returned items must be in their original condition. Before sending back any item, make sure to coordinate with the after-sales service department of Elham Market and do not send any item without prior coordination.

Elham Market’s after-sales experts will inform the customer of the test results within 2–3 business days after receiving the item. If a refund is required, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 2 business days .

Conditions for Cancellation of Purchase:

If you wish to cancel your purchase after the item has been delivered, you must inform the after-sales service unit within 7 days . Returns are only possible if the item is in its original condition (sealed), unused, and all accessories are included. Otherwise, the product will lose its eligibility for return. For health-related products, there is no option for cancellation .

How Are Shipping Costs Calculated?

If a technical defect, physical discrepancy, or external damage is confirmed by Elham Market’s after-sales service experts, the shipping costs will be covered by Elham Market. In cases of purchase cancellation or if the defect/discrepancy is not confirmed by Elham Market experts, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer. Sales and deliveries are conducted exclusively through the website and specified methods.
